8. PAYMENT METHOD
UNA BUENA PIEZA offers Users the possibility to pay for purchases in the online store by credit card, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and bank deposit. The User must simply select in the "Payment" section during the purchase process the way in which he/she will make the payment of the order and enter the data requested.

To make the payment of the order through a bank deposit, the User must select this method in the "Payment" tab, proceed to "Review the order" and complete it by selecting "Finalize the order". If UNA BUENA PIEZA does not receive payment for the order within five (5) working days of receiving the order reservation email, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Any bank transfer made to another account number than the one detailed above will not be valid and it will be understood that the payment has not been made, and UNA BUENA PIEZA will proceed to cancel the order once the aforementioned period has elapsed.

9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF ORDERS

UNA BUENA PIEZA reminds Users that it offers the products available through the Web for shipment to Spain, the EU, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other territories in the rest of the world.

9.2. CUSTOMS EXPENSES

Customs charges that may arise from the shipment of the product shall be borne by the User. UNA BUENA PIEZA is not responsible for customs charges that may arise from the shipment of orders.

10. RETURN OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR PRODUCTS WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

The risks of loss or damage of the products purchased by the User in the online store of UNA BUENA PIEZA will be borne by the User from the time that UNA BUENA PIEZA courier or transport services contracted by UNA BUENA PIEZA for the shipment and the same delivered to the User or a third party authorized by the latter.

Once verified the existence of tare or manufacturing defect in any of the selected products, UNA BUENA PIEZA will proceed to process with the manufacturer or distributor to replace it with another of identical characteristics. If it is not possible to replace the product, UNA BUENA PIEZA will inform the User of this circumstance and will proceed to pay the proportional amount corresponding to the product in relation to the total amount paid for the service in that month. In such case, the refund of amounts paid for the purchase of the returned product will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days.

11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OF THE USER

UNA BUENA PIEZA informs the User that, as established by current legislation on consumer and user rights, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to those contracts that relate to sealed products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and have been unsealed after delivery.

Consequently, UNA BUENA PIEZA informs you that in the event that you purchase any sealed product on the Web, once you have unsealed it you may not exercise your right of withdrawal on that product in the event that for reasons of health or hygiene we can not accept its return.
UNA BUENA PIEZA will not accept under any circumstances the return or withdrawal of purchase of digital products. In the case of purchasing a cross stitch kit and requesting the digital pattern, the kit cannot be returned once the digital pattern has been received.
With respect to any other product that does not fall within the aforementioned exception, the User may withdraw from purchases made in the online store of UNA BUENA PIEZA within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day the User or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier contracted byUNA BUENA PIEZA acquires material possession of the goods ordered.
To exercise the right of withdrawal the User simply has to communicate it to UNA BUENA PIEZA through the address hola@unabuenapieza.com. In the e-mail you must indicate your details (name and surname, address, e-mail address, contact telephone number), the order number, the date of the order and the items to be returned. Once you have informed us of your desire to withdraw from the purchase of products in our online store, the User must send the products subject to withdrawal to the address Pompeu Fabra nº 5, 08755, Castellbisbal (Barcelona), without any delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you have informed UNA BUENA PIEZA of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
UNA BUENA PIEZA informs the User that, in case of withdrawal, the User shall only bear the costs of returning the products subject to withdrawal since UNA BUENA PIEZA will not assume or collect such products.
To make the return, the products subject to withdrawal must be unused and returned with all its labels, packaging and, where appropriate, documentation and original accessories that came with it. UNA BUENA PIEZA will reimburse the User for any payment received by the User within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which the User was informed of its decision to withdraw from the contract. However, UNA BUENA PIEZA reserves the right to withhold reimbursement of the amounts to be returned to the User until it has received the products subject to withdrawal.

12. LEGAL WARRANTY
The products offered by UNA BUENA PIEZA enjoy the legal guarantee corresponding to each product. Thus, in case of lack of conformity of the product, a period of two years is recognized for consumers from the time of delivery for the User to enforce their rights. The User must inform UNA BUENA PIEZA of the lack of conformity with the product within two months of becoming aware of it. However, only in the six months following delivery will it be presumed that the lack of conformity already existed at the time of delivery, and it will be up to the User to prove that the product did not conform to the characteristics offered.

If the product is under warranty, UNA BUENA PIEZA will pay the customer for the carriage paid and the return to the User will be at the expense of UNA BUENA PIEZA. If the product is not under warranty, the User will have to pick up the product and will be responsible for the transportation costs.

During the period of repair or revision, UNA BUENA PIEZA will not replace the product and will not imply any compensation. In any case, UNA BUENA PIEZA reserves the right to request a technical service to verify the origin of the problem in relation to the product claimed by the User. In case of a defect caused by misuse, the repair will be billed to the User.

To make use of the warranty, the User must first inform UNA BUENA PIEZA through any of the means of attention to the User that UNA BUENA PIEZA makes available, not being accepted at our headquarters any product whose exchange, return or repair has not been previously authorized.

The warranty is addressed only to the holder (contractual party) that appears on the invoice and can only be demanded by the holder of the same.

The warranty will lose its value in any of the following cases:

In case of improper use by not following the instruction manual of the product.
If any of the information on the invoice or proof of purchase is modified, altered or substituted.
If the guaranteed device itself is manipulated or repaired without the knowledge of the Technical Service.
If the invoice is missing
